Zheriah Marshall

Program Manager & Administrative Coordinator

Zheriah brings a unique and powerful perspective to the Impact Sac team. Starting as a youth participant in Impact Sac programs in 2022, Zheriah grew within the community before joining the team and quickly becoming a vital part of the Impact Sac family. Now serving as both Administrative Coordinator and Program Manager for the Violence Prevention Program, she leads with authenticity, connection, and a deep understanding of the youth she serves. Zheriah creates environments of trust and belonging, all while balancing her studies at Sacramento State University. Her growth in leadership continues to speak for itself and her commitment to making a lasting impact on the lives of young people is at the heart of everything she does.

James Demes

Photographer & Program Manager

James is the creative eye behind Impact Sac, serving as both Photographer and Program Manager for the organization. From capturing powerful moments in the field to supporting editing projects alongside David. James plays a crucial role in bringing Impact Sac's story to life visually and boosting the team's digital presence. But James is more than what is behind the lens, he is a dedicated mentor, especially to the young men in our programs, leading by example and helping shape the next generation of leaders. Known for his kindness and genuine care, James always shows up with a fist bump and a commitment to making every experience meaningful and memorable for the youth he serves.

David Dye

Media Director & Videographer

David is the driving force behind Impact Sac's visual storytelling. As Media Director and Videographer, he is responsible for producing high-quality, impactful video content that brings the organization's mission to life and amplifies its reach across every platform. From raw footage to a polished final cut, David's expertise in video production and editing ensures that every piece of content Impact Sac puts out is intentional, engaging, and aligned with the brand and message the organization stands for. His work does not just document what Impact Sac does, it tells the world why it matters. Behind every campaign, every program highlight, and every moment worth remembering, David is the one making sure it is captured and told the right way.

Kelly Bender

Youth Center Manager & Intervention Specialist

The youth are the heartbeat of the Impact Sac North Highlands Youth Center and Kelly makes sure they always feel it. As Youth Center Manager and Intervention Specialist, Kelly oversees the day-to-day operations of the center while showing up for every single young person who walks through the door; and he does it all with a joke ready and a laid-back energy that makes everyone feel right at home. His nonchalant yet deeply approachable personality creates a space where youth feel free to be exactly who they are without judgment. Whether he is running activities, pulling up for a one-on-one conversation, or just sharing a good laugh with the youth, Kelly's presence at the center is consistent, genuine, and irreplaceable. When it is time to show up, Kelly is there.

Paris Dye

Executive Director — Impact Sac

Paris is the Executive Director of Impact Sac, bringing over 20 years of experience in community work to everything she leads. Known for her fun, warm, and deeply supportive leadership style, Paris has built a culture at Impact Sac where every person, youth and staff alike, feels seen, valued, and invested in. Her passion for youth is at the core of her work, and she dedicates herself to ensuring young people in Sacramento have access to the opportunities and resources they deserve to thrive. Grounded in empathy and driven by empowerment, Paris leads with heart and inspires everyone around her to show up fully and make a lasting impact in the community.
