Paris Dye


Paris is the Managing Director of Impact Sac, bringing over 20 years of experience in community work to the organization. Known for her fun and supportive leadership style, she is deeply committed to building strong connections with others and creating an environment where everyone feels valued. With a true passion for investing in youth, she dedicates her energy to ensuring young people have access to the opportunities and resources they deserve to thrive. Her leadership is grounded in empathy and empowerment, always striving to inspire those around her and make a lasting impact on the Sacramento community.

Veronica Faris


Veronica is the Program Director at Impact Sac, where she plays a key role in overseeing the organization's programs. With a strong focus on mental health, she is dedicated to providing support and creating initiatives that prioritize the well-being of youth. As a collaborative leader, she works closely with a dynamic team and partners to ensure that all aspects of the organization run smoothly. In addition to her role at Impact Sac, she serves on the board of Black Child Legacy, further demonstrating her commitment to advocating for and improving the lives of young people in the community. Her leadership is rooted in compassion, organization, and an understanding of the needs of the youth she serves.

Zheriah Marshall


Zheriah is the Program Manager for the Violence Prevention Program at Impact Sac, Zheriah brings a unique perspective to the team, having once been a participant in Impact Sac programs as a youth starting in 2019. Beginning as a member of the community, she worked their way up, joining the team less than a year ago, and quickly becoming a vital part of the Impact Sac fam. Zheriah leads with connection to fellow youth, creating an environment of trust and understanding, all while attending college at San Francisco State University. Despite being new to the team, she has already grown in leadership skills and is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of youth through violence prevention initiatives.

Miles Leathers


Miles is the Program Lead for Impact Sac’s cohort of the state campaign "Never a Bother." With a calm and level-headed approach, Miles brings a thoughtful and compassionate leadership style to the team. Having started as a youth participant in Impact Sac programs, he understands the value of the organization's impact firsthand and is passionate about giving back to the community. Miles is known for his kindness, always prioritizing the well-being of others and creating an inclusive, supportive environment for youth. His dedication to the "Never a Bother" campaign reflects his commitment to empowering young people and ensuring they have the resources and support they need to thrive.

Kelly Bender


Kelly is the Manager of the Youth Center at Impact Sac, primarily overseeing the hub located in North Highlands. Known for his sense of humor and nonchalant yet approachable personality, Kelly creates an environment where youth feel both supported and encouraged to be themselves. His fun-loving nature and easygoing attitude help him connect effortlessly with young people, making him a standout leader at the center. Whether it’s running activities, providing mentorship, or simply having a good laugh with the youth, Kelly' s dedication to the youth center ensures that every young person has a positive space to grow, learn, and engage with their community.

David is the talented Video Editor at Impact SAC, responsible for creating high-quality, impactful videos that showcase the organization’s mission and initiatives. Eislyn Mussa


Our new Sacramento State Social Work Intern brings fresh perspectives and a passion for community service to Impact Sac. Currently pursuing their degree in social work, she is eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world experiences, particularly in supporting youth and families. With a strong commitment to making a positive impact, they are ready to contribute to the organization’s mission while learning from the experienced team at Impact Sac. Their enthusiasm for helping others, makes them a valuable addition to our team as they help empower youth and promote social well-being in the community.
