We offer innovative, hands-on youth programming designed to build self-confidence, develop communication skills, and grow leaders from the inside out. The HEART Hub is your dedicated space for homework help, tutoring, and good vibes. Whether you're looking for one-on-one support or simply a welcoming space to get focused, we have you covered. Our college and high school peer tutors are on here and ready to help you level up, one session at a time. All youth are welcome, if you need academic support, this space is for you

A 40-hour mental health and coping skills education program designed to equip youth with the tools they need to take care of their minds, their emotions, and their overall well-being. Using Stanford-developed curriculum, participants dive deep into understanding themselves and building lifelong skills, all while giving back to their community through a service learning project. Youth who complete the program are awarded $500 and play an active role in planning the Logout & Lace Up 5K..

A 40-hour weed education program designed to give youth the real, unfiltered facts about marijuana and its impact on the developing mind, body, and future. Using Stanford-developed curriculum, participants build knowledge and awareness around substance use while developing the tools to make informed, empowered decisions for themselves. Youth who complete the program are awarded $500 and take part in a guided journaling service learning project that encourages self-reflection and personal growth, all while exploring what their future could look like.

Career Exploration
The Opioid Awareness Campaign is a community-driven initiative dedicated to raising awareness about the dangers of opioids and fentanyl among youth and the communities they come from. Through education and real storytelling, this campaign empowers young people to learn the facts about the opioid crisis, understand how Narcan can save a life, and use their voice and creativity to spread the message where it matters most. Youth participants create their own media content and raise awareness for an important cause.

The ImpactSac North Highlands Youth Center is your space to show up, plug in, and level up. We're open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM . Come as you are and leave inspired.
Tournament Tuesday is your weekly reset — a fun, high-energy afternoon dedicated to giving youth a space to come as they are and just enjoy themselves. Every Tuesday at the North Highlands Youth Center we bring the food, the music, the games, and the good vibes. No pressure, just a safe space to take a load off and connect with your community.

Our youth programs are open to young people ages 12–19. We also welcome college-age young adults up to 24 years old to join as mentors and help guide the next generation.
