Impact Sac Influencers are the youth leaders who set the vibe for our program. They’re usually juniors and seniors who step up with extra responsibility — not just showing up, but showing out as role models for their peers. Being an Influencer means building confidence, sharpening leadership and communication skills, and getting hands-on with media training, career exploration, and real-world readiness. It’s our Leadership Track for young people who want to grow, lead, and leave their mark at Impact Sac and beyond.

Mentors are our college-aged young adults who bring their special skills and their experience in Impact Sac to guide the next wave of youth leaders. Many are alumni who’ve grown through the program and now give back by sharing what they’ve learned in leadership, community work, and life. They don’t follow the same schedule as younger participants — instead, they step in when needed, offering support, advice, and real-world perspective. Mentors are proof that Impact Sac isn’t just a program, it’s a family that grows with you into adulthood.
