Logout and Lace Up 5k

Show Up for Yourself | 5k Walk/Run

The Logout & Lace Up 5K is a 3.1 mile commitment to your well-being, your community, and the people beside you every step of the way. Starting at the California State Capitol, stretching down to Southside Park, and looping back to where it all began, this is where movement becomes medicine and showing up becomes something you do together.

Every step forward is a choice. A choice to clear your head, feel your body, and remind yourself that you are not in this alone. Cross the finish line and walk straight into the Voices Against Violence Rally, turning your morning into a full community experience from the first stride to the last celebration.

  • Where & When - Join us on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the California State Capitol West Steps. Your finish line leads straight into the Voices Against Violence Rally, making it the perfect way to open an impactful morning.

  • The Route - Three loops through the heart of Sacramento, starting and ending right at the Capitol. 3.1 miles with the city as your backdrop.

  • Come As You Are - Run, jog, or walk. This is not about pace, it is about presence. Log off from what drains you and lace up for what restores you.

Restoration Through Real Connection

The Voices Against Violence Rally is back! A community celebration and violence prevention event at the heart of Sacramento. This is a safe space to honor the hard work of our youth, advocate for safer communities, and close out an impactful summer. This year we are expanding to both the California State Capitol grounds and 10th Street, bringing a full community experience designed to uplift, restore, and celebrate every person who shows up.

Expect food, vendors, community-based organizations sharing free resources, wellness activities, creative experiences, interactive games, music, entertainment, raffles, and more. Come celebrate how far we have come and recommit to building the community our youth deserve.

  • Where & When - Join us on Saturday, June 27, 2026 from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the California State Capitol West Steps. The celebration kicks off immediately following the Logout & Lace Up 5K finish line, making it the perfect way to close out an impactful morning.

  • Community Resources, Activities & Entertainment - Connect with local CBOs, explore our wellness area, participate in creative experiences, grab free resources, and take part in community games and interactive activities that bring everyone together. With music and entertainment, there is always something to see, feel, and be part of.

  • 10th Street - Head to 10th Street for food trucks, local vendors, and open community energy where everyone is welcome to eat, connect, and celebrate.
